Property Co-Ordinator
37 hours per week

You will be responsible for receiving and logging property defects; coordinating the Maintenance Crew workload; liaising with contractors and suppliers; raising, issuing and reconciling Purchase Orders and providing secretarial support for the Property Team.
A working knowledge of Construction and Property would be advantageous. The applicant will be an effective communicator, well organised, literate, numerate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
