Do you have any experience of working with children and young adults with learning disabilities? Are you passionate about helping vulnerable people and you're looking for an exciting role?

If so, we are seeking enthusiastic support workers who are positive about learning disabilities to join a supportive and fun team.

You will be working for a reputable local charity in a residential home that supports young adults aged 19 -25 years old with learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

You will be part of a team to support the social and academic learning activities of residents, both in the home and in the community. The aim is to provide all residents with equal opportunities and develop their independence and social skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities. NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care is beneficial but not essential. Most importantly you need to be passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities. You will be confident, patient and have good communication

This role comes with a competitive salary of £16,581per annum. You will be working 40 hours a week based on a rota and there are NO sleep in shifts!!!
