BS Social Care are recruiting for Children`s Residential Managers, on behalf of an rapidly growing client in the Liverpool area that reward hard work and dedication.

You will be the Manager of a Children`s Semi Supported Living residence. The specialism is leaving care for Young Adults between the ages of 16-18. Due to this you will not be required to be CQC registered. You must have a genuine interest in helping Young People develop and prepare for the transition of leaving care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a Children`s residential service, with experience in supervising staff, rota management, care plans, risk assessments, supervisions, staff training and financial management.

Minimum requirements:
- NVQ level 3 Children and Young People
- NVQ level 5 in management / Willingness to work towards
- 12 months experience in a supervisory role
- Driver

For your skills and experience you will receive an annual salary of £27,040 plus some excellent benefits.
