I am looking for a temporary Personal Assistant for my client who are a large and reputable company in Cambourne. You will be starting as soon as possible until November 2018.
You will provide a comprehensive and confidential secretariasl support service and personal assistance to the Executive Director and undertake specific support tasks as required. To provide secretarial service to the Chairman and Leader of the Council as required.
You will need three years experience of providing a full range of secretarial services at CEO/Director/Senior Officer level.
Below are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
- You will work in an internal and external customer related way in accordance with procedures and good practise
- You will assist in the identification, development and implementation of manual and Information Technology systems and procedures
- You will be able to design and layout reports and technical appendices which are clear and visually attractive.
- You will be organising meetings and events, including agendas and minute taking
You will be required to work a 37 hour week doing on a service that operates Monday- Friday from 8:00am - 5:30pm for £11 per hour!
