PPC Account Director (Client Side)

They're a Data Science driven PPC agency that specialises in the Gambling industry. They offer employees big budget marketing campaigns, very competitive pay and a commitment to automating mundane tasks.

They're a conscientious agency that are focused on delivering our clients great value, rather than just spending their budgets blindly. Through technology, mathematics, industry expertise and good marketing it is very hard for other agencies or in-house PPC teams to compete with them.

The Position:

They're looking for a PPC Account Director. The salary is dependent on experience and ability, they are expecting to pay between £50,000 and £75,000 basic for this role.

There is a maximum 16% yearly bonus available, this is based on company and personal performance.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years Agency experience in a senior management position, at least 5 years overall.
- Must have very strong Google Ads and Bing Advertising knowledge.
- You will be confident in dealing with clients, happy to entertain them and tactfully deal with issues.
- You will be highly analytical and commercial.
- You must be confident and direct, they are looking for someone with strong management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of 3 PPC Managers and 3 Junior PPC Executives, but also helping us hire more to cope with fast growing new business.
- Training all staff on how to deal with clients.
- Keeping abreast of new PPC developments and working with the CEO, Data Scientists, Head of Marketing and Commercial Director to formulate strategy.

Location:

They're based in Richmond and Waterloo and would prefer candidates that are happy to commute to Richmond, but can make Waterloo as well. They may all move to Waterloo in the near future.

If you haven't been to Richmond before, it is a very upmarket pretty place by the river. There are lots of nice restaurants, pubs and open spaces. The office is 2 minutes walk from Richmond Station. The Waterloo office is in WeWork and has free beer from 5pm, ping pong tables, free digestives and much more.
