Brook Street have a fantastic opportunity for a confident administrator in a busy, varied role working in the Hortonwood area.
You will be dealing with deliveries, updating the inhouse stock system with goods in and goods out of the building.
You will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, message taking and updating the computer system - Some cold calling required.
You will be completing general HR duties ie. timesheets, administration.
You must have good word and excel skills with a confident telephone manner.
You will be working in a small office and need to be calm, able to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise your workloads
Holidays must mirror factory shut down - To be discussed in branch
Hours of work are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay is £7 per hour with accrued holiday pay
