Our client are a leading supplier of LPG for homes and businesses across the UK. Renowned for excellence in delivering value and a high quality service, they pride ourselves on going above and beyond for their customers.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business and Consumer Sales team Advisor to generate and follow up business and customer leads to appointment, both reactively and proactively via phone, email or social media and by communicating with third party indicators and customers directly. You’ll be responsible for retaining customers’ (B2B/B2C) business once their exclusivity period has expired and keep in contact with them throughout their customer journey, processing their agreement and making sure their account renewal is processed correctly. You’ll also promote and sell products, packages and offers effectively.

Further tasks will include recontracting with customers, assisting any sales growth for existing customers, logging leads, providing quotations, chasing quotations and booking sales appointments. You’ll also negotiate price reviews, manage termination notices and seek customer feedback.

They’re looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role and therefore experience of achieving targets such as 4 hours talk time per day, making over 100 calls a day etc. A proven Sales and Retention background is important with Account Management experience being advantageous but not essential. You’ll possess great communication skills over the telephone and in writing combined with good stakeholder skills, experience of using IT systems and experience of resolving complaints. You’ll be a highly motivated, team player with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
