Salary: Up to GBP24,000 Basic, OTE GBP30,000 Per Annum

Our client a Worldwide leading brand, is looking for an automotive experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join their busy Car Dealership.

They are looking for an experienced Car Service Advisor with at least 2 years within the Motor Trade. Ideally you must be used to main dealer systems, motor trade language and the processes of bonus etc.

You will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team. Your duties will include responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs, ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary with bonus opportunities. You will work Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm and every other Saturday morning 8:00am-1pm.

As this role is located in Chelmsford being able to travel their daily is essential.
