Westerham, Kent

They are now looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join their team in Westerham.

Your Role 

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll be tasked with fielding inbound calls from existing customers, offering a troubleshooting service for issues and upselling new shower systems to them.  

You’ll deal with queries received by phone, fax, email and letter and will provide excellent levels of customer service. Providing fault-finding checks, you will ascertain the root cause of problems, suggest fixes where possible and offer the appropriate sales solution or package to customers who are out of warranty.  

Your role will also involve:  

- Meeting sales and performance targets  
- Maintaining customer records  
- Following processes to ensure high standards of service are delivered  
- Covering other areas of the customer service department where required during busy periods 

About You 

To be considered as an Inbound Sales Executive, you will need:  

- Previous customer service and sales experience in a B2C environment 
- A strong focus on customer care  
- Excellent communication skills  
- The ability to think on your feet and resolve problems effectively
