Key Responsibilities:-
- Extensive diary management
- Organising meeting lunches and occasional networking events
- Inputting expenses onto the company expense system
- Document preparation
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Setting up conference call details and booking appropriate meeting rooms
- Occasionally meeting and greeting visitors
- Dealing with incoming calls, emails and often corresponding on behalf of the Director
- Organising and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Board meeting minute taking
To be successful in this role you'll need:-
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Proactive approach
- Previous PA experience working at a senior/Director level
This is an immediate temporary opportunity, whilst the client recruit to fill the permanent role. There may be an opportunity to apply for the permanent role whilst in the temporary post.
