As our CRM & MI Specialist you will undertake MI analysis, CRM administration, Power BI administration, systems support, and VBA programming.
Responsibilities as our CRM & MI Specialist include:
- QA Audit Report
- Indexation stats
- Adviser call stats
- DBC Team call stats
- Summary daily tracker to execs
- Daily stats
- Take ownership of issues with CRM to resolution
- CRM Checks
- Regular use of VBA coding
- Declined & deferred report
- Month end MI
- Monthly summary call stat averages
- Ad-hoc reporting
Skills and Experience required of our CRM & MI Specialist:
- Expert user of Microsoft dynamics CRM, AVAYA CMS, Sales IQ, Power BI and VBA/ Excel
