A great opportunity to work across multiple sites in the Worcestershire area working towards targets which have a real impact on the business.
This role will provide county based Operational site support, primarily focussing on providing routine inspection and RaSAT auditing of the wholesale operational sites but also on Facility Managed Sites and Visitor Experience Sites.
The successful applicant will have a workload allocated via an app however you will be responsible for arranging that workload so that it is completed in the time allocated. On estimate this role will cover 20-30 sites per week.
As an Operational Site Auditor your key accountabilities will include:
- Operations role will be to provide routine inspection and RaSAT audit of the county wholesale sites (water and waste), Facility Managed Sites and Visitor Experience Sites to ensure the highest standards of building compliance and site maintenance are delivered.
- The regular site inspections and RaSAT audits will cover all assets owned and maintained by Estates including gates, fences, buildings, structures, trees and associated land / ground.
- Proactively promote the STW health and safety culture and HSW standards to ensure compliance with company standards, business strategy and best practice.
- The role will be responsible for ensuring that the building regulatory safety checks are carried out by providing coaching, support and guidance to sites/teams. Also ensuring all actions reported and completed in a timely manner.
Experience required in order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:
To meet the demands of this role experience of working on Wholesale Operational site environments is essential alongside a background of site inspection/ RaSAT auditing. Experience of working in a property management environment and awareness of current legal and statutory requirements relating to property would be beneficial.
A full valid UK driving licence is essential for this role as not all of our sites are accessible via public transport. IOSH and a Water Hygiene Card would be beneficial.

Location:
This role is based at out of our Sugarbrook Bromsgrove site however regular travel around the Worcestershire, you will have access to a company vehicle or allowance.
