My client are an Estate and Letting Agency based in Retford and they are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business. The ideal candidate will have 12+ months experience as a Sales Negotiator, however we will consider applications from a strong sales background.
Duties include:
* Calling enquiries to arrange viewings
* Gathering client requirements and matching to properties
* Conducting viewings
* Getting feedback from Buyers and relaying to vendors
* Negotiating property sales
* Progressing sales through to completion
* Liaising with Surveyors, Estate Agents and solicitors
