We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join a reputable Letting Agency based in Doncaster. The successful individual must be organised and have a minimum 12 months experience as a Property Manager. The role is to ensure that the properties are maintained in line with landlord and tenants requirements. The role involves:
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to arrange maintenance works to be carried out
* Obtaining quotes from contractors
* Managing keys
* Arranging move ins
* Registering deposits
* Carrying out inspections, check in's, check outs
* Ensuring all property files up to date
