Employment Lawyer

One of the ways in which we're responding to the market is through continued investment in our Onshore team; a team of solicitors, chartered legal executives, paralegals, management information specialists and legal project managers, capable of providing support to the wider business on a regular and ongoing basis, for high volume projects or secondment opportunities, and providing some services directly to clients. We've a team of highly motivated and high performing paralegals, but to ensure they continue to deliver we've put in place a team of qualified lawyers to provide technical supervision and training to the various paralegal teams. Having already recruited into a number of areas, we're now looking to strengthen the team with an additional employment lawyer. So what are we looking for? We're looking for an employment lawyer, technically strong, with previous experience in managing or supervising people, ideally paralegals, but certainly with a passion for developing talent. You'll be part of a team responsible for providing technical supervision and development to our paralegals, but will also work with the wider employment team, managing your own caseload complex, contentious employment matters, from inception through to settlement or tribunal. You'll work closely with the Director of Onshore and other senior lawyers in the team to continue to build a credible and high performing team of paralegals, with the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of our clients, our business and our profession, driving growth in the team and, as a consequence, revenue for the business.
