Working for a precision engineering company that produces a wide range of
components for the Oil & Gas Industry.
It's all about quality - 'If you do it right you get more business' -
this approach has meant that they have gone through the downturn better
than many and are now in a position to expand their workforce on the back
of secured orders.
This is an 'end to end' job starting with approving incoming materials,
approving in-process production, confirming quality of finished products
and then ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
You will also be responsible for keeping in house and 3rd party
measurement equipment correctly calibrated.
As you would expect you will be used to working with fine tolerances,
able to interpret engineering drawings and able to use a wide variety of
measuring equipment.
