experienced Chef de Partie to join their expanding brigade.
Set in the spectacular Essex countryside, this venue remains busy all
year-round catering for weddings and events. They use only the finest
locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that keep tourists and

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' previous
experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar establishment and will
work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be passionate,
