Your Responsibilities:
As GSK Consumer Healthcare embarks on its Digital journey, we continue to look for ways to further digitize our business by implementing new content & commerce tech platforms. With regards to this, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital - Content and Commerce team.

We envision the product manager to be gathering and prioritizing requirements for new platforms we are looking to introduce to help GSK evolve it's content and commerce capabilities (e.g.. Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, eCommerce platforms, etc.,) that GSK is looking to introduce into it's landscape, defining the technology vision of these tools, and working closely with Digital, category / brand and market / local teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager will also be responsible for creating buy-in for his/her roadmap both internally and with key external partners as well as translating strategy of the roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes. Other requirements include:

• Ability to gain a deep understanding of internal and external customer/consumer requirements, identify and fill product (related to new content & commerce tech) gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
• Ability to create buy-in for the product (related to new content & commerce tech) vision both internally and with key external partners
• Ability to scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Ability to work closely with development teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Ability to drive product (related to new content & commerce tech) launches including working with executives, external stakeholders, and other team members in Digital, category / brand and market / local teams
• Act as a product (related to new content & commerce tech) evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Why You?Basic qualifications:
• Experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and digital technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a highly innovative mind-set and strong experience with content & commerce tech (Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, eCommerce platforms, etc.)
• Ability to work in close partnership with other IT functions such as IT security, compliance, infrastructure, etc. as well as partner closely with business stakeholders in the digital and R&D organizations.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive working links with suppliers and specialist technology providers to assemble and maintain a distinctive and flexible mix of capabilities against future requirements.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. Ideal candidate would have built an impressive hands-on career to date in an advanced, recognized and innovative environment.
