* Caretaker role in Wetherby
Role Specification
Experience is preferred. The position available is a Caretaking role in a local Primary School. Caretaking duties include opening and locking up the school, maintenance work, ensuring grounds are fit for purpose, odd jobs / DIY. Within the role there will also be 5 hours of cleaning per day needed to be carried out. The role is based at a school in Wetherby, Leeds. The position is working Mon - Fri as a split shift 6:30am - 9:30am then 3pm - 8pm (times subject to change occasionally through parents evening, extracurricular activities etc), totaling 40 hours per week. These working hours could also differ slightly when in the role (start times may be earlier). Extra hours will be available as sickness and holiday cover as well as potential extra hours at the site and call outs. Position is in a school environment. Candidate must be trustworthy, highly reliable and able to work on their own and as part of a team. Must also be able to build relationships with staff and parents alike. Attendance bonus included in role. The position will begin in the near future so please contact as soon as possible.
