An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a fantastic growing Residential Conveyancing department in Pudsey. With offices across West Yorkshire, our client provides a full range of private client legal services including boasting a strong residential conveyancing department. You will be joining a strong law firm with good long standing local conveyancing clients who enjoy receiving a quality traditional service.

The Role:
-This is a great opportunity where you will work closely with fee earners, helping to support them with their caseload.
-This will include sale and purchases, remortgage, dealing with both freehold and leasehold and other general property related matters.
-Taking on a hands on role, you will also support the fee earners with administrative duties such as filing and correspondence.
-The role will include real opportunity for progression and development.

The Candidate:
-This role could suit a Residential Conveyancing paralegal looking to take on a new challenge and develop their skills in a more forward thinking environment.
-It is essential that you have good IT skills with the ability to use a case management system.
-You should be capable of working under pressure whilst delivering the highest levels of service.
