A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the finance team of an award winning and innovative Housing Association. We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer with a proven track record of working with ledgers, credit control, cash books, payroll and other finance processes.
With at least an AAT intermediate or equivalent qualification, you will have relevant and proven experience of working in a finance department. As Finance Officer you will possess excellent numerical skills and be competent in Excel and Outlook. You will also have an analytical approach to checking facts and figures and absorbing information. Significant experience of processing payroll will be a distinct advantage.
You will be managing a busy and varied workload so you will need to be able to prioritise tasks and have an organised and methodical approach. You must also be an effective communicator and have strong written and verbal skills.
