We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious individuals with excellent attention to detail, to join our Business Support Team. This team provides the administration support to the directorate and play a key role in ensuring our work progress on time and to a high quality.
Main responsibilities
Provide high level administrative support to projects including internal and external meetings involving booking venues, preparing agendas, co-ordinating papers, producing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions, as appropriate.
Collate and analyse information, particularly regarding evaluation feedback. Establish and maintain administrative systems, procedures and databases in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Support colleagues to maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Providing efficient customer support to enquiries including information, advice and access to resources.
