Guest Host

Our client, an award winning Hotel and spa in North Cornwall are seeking an experienced Guest host to join their team.

As our client's Guest Host you will play a key role in delivering '5-star fabulous' service to every guest, every time! Our ideal candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of our client's guests’, following up on special requests and solving any queries. You will be responsible for building relationships with both internal and external visitors, ensuring that they want to return.

You will maintain a ‘Guest comes First’ approach in all dealings with guests either on the phone or in person, developing and using your product knowledge across the hotel to promote and sell all services and facilities available to all visitors to the hotel.

The Guest Host role will consist of 42 hours per week, worked over 5 days and will include 2-3 evenings per week.
