As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for planning and completing audits of the company Plants, Distribution Centers and work with management to improve Enterprise-wide business processes. Partnering with regional business and division and undertake projects to add value to the business, you will develop strong relationships with regional management and promote best practice across the EMEAI region. Managing the annual compliance program, test controls over key financial business processes and resolve issues you will oversee the annual financial statement audit by partnering with external auditors and look for opportunities to streamline the process with external auditors and successfully manage staff performance and mentor staff on audit processes.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent project management with strong time management skills, advanced IT skills, be flexible to travel to locations throughout EMEAI.
You will possess ACA/ACCA/CIA qualification alongside an advanced degree or certificate in MBA, CPA, CIA or in similar fields is preferred. Previous experience of working with a Big 4 firm or similar public company audit experience within a Manufacturing Industry is required. A background in leading employee benefit plan testing, SOX testing and audit related projects is essential.
