We are currently recruiting for a Business Growth Officer to join our Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement team. The successful Business Growth Officer will be responsible for opening new business opportunities and generating quality appointments, as well as actively collating information and feeding this back to ensure the College meets the training needs of local businesses.
Person Specification
- Holds an IT or Administration qualification at Level 2 or above
- Maths and English at GCSE grade C standard or equivalent
- Advanced communication and organisational skills
- Trained and experienced in sales, CRM and/or marketing techniques
Business Growth Officer Duties
- Opening new business opportunities
- Generating quality appointments
- Collating information on the success rates of the College
- Ensuring that the College meets the training needs of local businesses
