Position: Graduate Development Engineer

Location: North Wales

Salary: GBP23,000 to GBP28,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our Client, design, develops and manufactures complex electro-optical equipment for the military, aerospace, civil industrial and space markets. Due to continued sustained expansion, our Client requires a Graduate Development Engineer. Development Engineering is a core discipline that supports our client's ability to develop and deliver new (& existing) products in a cost effective and timely manner. The primary role of Development Engineering is to identify and mitigate the technical risks in development projects. This is a proactive role that takes the lead in developing awareness of technology trends, opportunities, and implementation where appropriate. This challenging position will push an individual providing opportunity for personal development and progression.

We anticipate that you will have:

• A Degree in Physics or a relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical / Optical)
• A technical background with strong analytical skills, practical ability, good understanding of engineering & an interest in optical systems

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a good basic salary of between GBP23,000 to GBP28,000 (dependent upon experience) plus a benefits package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.

Relocation package will be considered for the right candidate.
