Team Leading Assessor Trainer
GBP26k - GBP27k - Negotiable Permanent Full Time, plus expenses, mileage,
laptop, 25 days holiday, overnight stays paid
Yeovil / Some South with some workshops as well as 1-2-1's - until the
team grows then areas can be split.
Interviewing for August 2018 start
An opportunity to join a fast-developing experienced National training
provider to support the teaching/assessing of the Team Leading Level 3
certificate in the workplace. Ideally with management or team leading
qualifications and some significant occupational experience, visiting
apprentices in the workplace, providing training and supporting mainly
Levels 3/5 in 1-2-1's and workshops.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching and
development of Team Leading apprentices through the Apprenticeship
Standards and delivering Level 3 qualifications. Level 5 delivery
experience is desirable. You will work alongside the employer to develop
the plan for how and when the on-programme and end-point assessments will
be delivered, and teach the apprentices' to ensure they progress towards
this.
Key responsibilities and objectives;
Achieving minimum 88% end-point assessment, leading to a minimum 88%
success rate on the Apprenticeship Standard Hold assessing and teaching /
training qualifications or similar, holding an IQA qualification would be
advantageous: ie A1; V1; PGCE; CTLLS; DTLLS; CAVA; AQA
You will be responsible for creating the full curriculum and designing
the programmes, therefore an experienced Trainer Assessor in this area is
essential - support given with regards to resources etc
Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients
Able to facilitate the enhancement of work performance, self-directed
learning and personal development
Prepare, agree and review apprenticeship learning plans
Training & Development, On-going internal training, Health and Safety,
Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities & Diversity, External training as
requested, You will need to be highly motivated, persuasive, persistent
and patient and have a proven track record in the in developing learner
progression through a series of learning stages
