Installations Manager Role and Responsibilities Contracts Manager, Installations Projects, Conservatory, Windows, UVPC

- Management of the process delivery & installation
- Carrying out various types of installations to a high standard when required
- Allocating work to fit teams and manage the construction / H&S queries and issues
- Managing customer payments and balances whilst scheduling service work
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Managing branch deliveries and stock control
- Ensuring H&S compliance

Installations Manager Skills and Abilities Contracts Manager, Installations Projects, Conservatory, Windows, UVPC

- Thorough knowledge of the window, door and conservatory industry, including installation projects management
- Technical installation knowledge and understanding of relevant building works controls and procedures
- Exceptional time management as an Installations Manager
- Strong cost and budget management experience
- Attention to detail with right first time ethos
- Effective results driven approach to performance management
