Meraki Talent's global financial services client is shortlisting for an Agile Team Coach to be a driving force in introducing organisational change towards an agile way of working. This is a new role that comes off the back of the firm seeking continuous improvement and a change in both methodologies and culture to an Agile framework. The Team Coach will operate throughout the business at all levels bringing insight, advising on agile principals and best practice to shape the businesses direction. The coach will facilitate learning and development by delivering training as well as acting as a strategic advisor. You will be truly passionate about agile methodologies and keep up to date with the latest developments in lean/agile principles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Agile leader with large company experience, looking for a new challenge and to get involved from the ground level.

The Responsibilities of the Agile Team Coach (Financial Services):

-Deliver lean and agile training

-Improvement facilitation and implementation (KAIZEN/DMAIC)

-Proactively seek out improvements and identify new innovative ways of working

-Promote a mindset of continuous improvement

The Background of the Agile Team Coach (Financial Services):

-Certified (or operating capacity) Black Belt of Lean / Lean Six Sigma

-Financial Services experience

-Proven experience with agile and scrum essential

-Passionate about Agile!
