This is a great chance for a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or even a Junior Sous Chef to step into a fantastic vibrant team in a great location. Realistic hours per week are no more than 50, with a mixture of splits and straight shifts, according to what is required. Focusing on providing a good work life balance.

The live in is a lovely, costing only GBP50 p/w. The main one is located above the restaurant and there are also 2 other accommodations on site, the price is all inclusive, and you get good internet and meals on duty making it a great affordable package.
