++ Excellent Opportunity for an Automotive Rollout Consultant with extensive Aftersales experience to be based onsite at Toyota GB on a fixed term contract until 2020 ++

About Us:

We are a well-established provider of learning and development solutions. We are now looking to engage a Roll out Consultant to join an existing team to support Toyota’s transitional change to the new Drive Dealer Management System (DMS) across their network.

The Rollout Consultant (Aftersales) will support Toyota and Lexus Centres through the change process as they transition from current V8 / Rev 8 / other DMS systems to full utilisation and application of the new Drive system.

The Role Will Focus On:

Providing Change Management consultancy support to Dealer Managers, staff and Dealer Principals
Providing onsite coaching and training to Centre Staff

Essential Experience:

+ Aftersales automotive retail experience preferred with operational knowledge of the key tasks and processes performed within
a typical dealership environment
+ Technical/IT/Dealer DMS knowledge/experience is of benefit
+ Training/coaching/development experience will be a distinct advantage
+ The person will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is highly organised, efficient and able to represent both the client and the manufacturer in a professional manner
+ Credibility and gravitas - ability to influence at senior level
+ Consultancy skills - ability to ask good questions, analyse processes and performance
+ Ability to develop people through coaching and training
+ Self- motivated and disciplined - able to organise self and meet commitments and deadlines

Required:

+ Driving licence
+ Able to stay away overnight for up to a week at a time (maybe for several consecutive weeks)
+ Willing to travel nationally
+ PC literate, i.e. able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint to a reasonable skill level
+ Fluent in English, written and verbal
+ Able to work in the UK
