Your new company
An experienced Recruiter is required at a global pharmaceutical company based in South Oxfordshire. You will be joining a thriving and forward thinking team based within impressive, modern offices which have both onsite parking and easy access to public transport. The contract will run for 6 months.
Your new role
As the sole Recruiter for the site, you will be responsible for recruitment at all levels, from Administrators to specialist Scientists and Laboratory Assistants. You will manage the end to end recruitment process and carry out your work in accordance with the agreed recruitment strategy. Furthermore, strong stakeholder management is crucial and as a result, it is important that you are able to communicate at all levels to ensure that expectations are met and managed.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you must have strong recruitment experience, ideally gained within a pharmaceutical or similar industry. Due to this position being stand alone, you must be happy to be hands on to deliver the day to day recruitment needs as well as maintain a high level of stakeholder management. In house recruitment experience would be preferred but applications will be accepted from candidates with an agency background.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a generous date rate of GBP250 pd. You will also work within fantastic offices with attractive, modern facilities. The position is not likely to extend past the six month time frame.
