My client is looking for an Assistant HERDS manager to work on a exciting Civil Engineering project in Birmingham

Description of Activities to be undertaken

  • Assist with preparation of project plans, scoping documents and desk studies as required and liaise with Stakeholders
  • Manage schedule data and liaise with land access and logistics teams
  • Maintain Issue register
  • Maintain Stakeholder engagement register
  • Liaise with the Site Supervisor and Site Engineer to support the subcontractors progress
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and works updates to local community groups in liaison with HERDS sector lead
  • Develop personal career plan goals and agree CPD training and development actions with Lead Archaeologist
  • Develop understanding and experience in all matters relating to Health & Safety, including following safe working procedures at all times
  • Develop understanding of vision and values, behaving in ways that are in alignment with client ways of working
  • Take necessary care to properly protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Corporate information from unauthorised disclosure, modification or destruction. Never knowingly put client's information or information systems at risk.
