HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR - POTTERS BAR - GBP25-28k
About the Role
CareTech are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible person to complement their HR Team based at their Head Office in Potters Bar, working a 39 hour week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining iTrent (keeping the structure clean, correcting mistakes, creating users, bulk uploads, etc.)
• Providing system training (both initial and refresher) and query support to HR/Recruitment/Payroll
• Creating reports in Business Objects and using excel to manipulate them both monthly and ad hoc
• Consolidating the monthly KPI reports
• Ad hoc projects such as the National Minimum Data Set data cleanse, NLW report and uplift, gender pay gap, sleep ins etc.
• Helping with ER queries, employee records on the system and pay queries when needed.
The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
• Good working knowledge of a HR system and Business Objects
• Computer literate
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Self-Motivated
