We are currently looking for experienced children's support workers to join our team here at BS Social Care. We are looking for passionate people that want to make a difference to young people's lives.

Your role will require supporting young people with their day to day needs, this could be anything from taking them to activities, general up keep of their homes and supporting them with any emotional requirements.

It is highly important that you encourage and inspire them to take and engage each and every opportunities given to them. This client has an on ground education facility for the service users.

The company is looking for enthusiastic, hard working persons to work with young people who display challenging behaviour. Due to this a form of restraint training is essential.

Applicants must be reliable and flexible and have a passion for caring for young people.

To apply for this role you must be aged 21 or over with a full driving licence and transport.
Any experience in working with young people would be an advantage but if you have experience in care and are looking to start working with young people please get in touch.
You will need to be enthusiastic, committed, and flexible and have a passion for caring for young people.

All we ask for is 1 year experience in health and social care. Ideally you will hold practical First Aid training, a form of behaviour management training, manual handling training, and access to your own transport.. All applications are subject to enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
