Customer Helpdesk Role - Bristol City Centre
Our client in the Bristol City Centre is looking for someone to take calls and email from other branches of the NHS - none of these calls are malicious, they are technically from colleagues so they are all light-hearted and respectful.
This role is a very diverse and dynamic one - no two days are the same! The office is a very modern one that is located in a very accessible part of the Bristol City Centre near Cabot Circus.
Our client is looking for someone that understands the needs of a customer and makes them feel valued. They are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills and a healthy attitude to learn more. Candidates that go above and beyond are needed!
The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm to be paid weekly. The role is technically temporary but our client is looking to build a team around new candidates and are wanting people for 2-3 years!
The pay rate is a generous £9 per hour and the company are very nice to work for! The office is very modern and the management are always welcoming and supportive.
