Our client is looking for a talented individual who is committed to living our values and delivering an outstanding service to their customers. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service and will process orders through the system. You’ll respond to enquiries and ensure that the customer is updated on delivery date changes. Taking ownership of queries or complaints, you will liaise with the relevant department to ensure a quick resolution for customer. You’ll also be expected to greet visitors and redirect calls through the switchboard as required.
Customer-focussed, you will have experience within a customer facing role and a good telephone manner to ensure that our high standards are continuously met. With excellent IT skills, particularly MS Outlook and Excel, you will be accustomed to accurately inputting data onto bespoke systems. You’ll thrive in a busy team and adapt positively to changing customer demands and be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously. You’ll be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths (A - C) or hold an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent.
