Administrator / Customer Service
We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Data Cleanse Assistant for our Utility Client in Oldbury.
The successful candidate will possess good communication skills with a passion for excellent customer service.
The department is a fast paced call centre environment and you would be required to make high volume outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls. A good eye for detail is required to ensure that the system data is correct. A good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel are essential.
The expected start date will be 4th June 2018 and working hours are 9am to 5pm.
This role is subject to an SHL assessment and interview.
