Customer Adviser - Hot tubs, Endless Pools and Log Cabins

'Adviser' doesn't really do this job justice. Getting to know your customers and really understanding what they want to achieve, you'll open their eyes to exciting wellness products including Hot Tubs, Endless Pools & Log Cabins.

No matter how busy things get, you'll be attentive and engaging - guiding your customers through the process and taking personal responsibility for seeing that everything goes smoothly. Sales are important, of course. But, it's the customer experience you'll provide that matters the most.

Naturally helpful and positive, and happy to talk to all kinds of people, you'll feel at home with us. You get a kick out of assisting customers, and you have no problem working unsupervised.

In this role you'll be
- Building rapport with customers through excellent customer service, understanding their requirements and advising on suitable products.
- Processing orders and payments in a timely manner.
- Looking for opportunities to enhance the sales and customer experience through continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well merchandised shop and showroom in line with company standards and ensuring a tidy working environment at all times.
- Assisting the business in organising an efficient and dependable maintenance service.
- Receiving and checking off deliveries, highlighting any anomalies and ensuring correct, secure storage.
- Acting as an advocate for the company brand.
- Liaising with suppliers where necessary.
- Completing administration duties as assigned.

Please note this role does require flexibility to cover some weekend work. Full training will be given but some experience of selling is desirable.
