We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Brighton.

Within this role, you will ensure high quality feedback and resolutions for our clients, customers and stakeholders.  Effectively and evidentially promoting the very best in communication across all mediums, you will ensure regular liaison with the client, agents of the client and customers promoting a strong working partnership.

Whilst ensuring all resident, client and operative issues are dealt with promptly and effectively, you will also be responsible for all Customer Care administration (logging and monitoring) of compliments, enquiries, complaints and claims for compensation.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you are educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Math’s, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment. With previous supervisory experience, you should have working knowledge of computerized systems, including data entry and calculations, and will also have knowledge of the filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems.
