My client are a large logistic company based in Hainult. they are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hr administrator to join there busy team.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday 9am -5. You daily duties will include:
" Co-ordinate and manage the day to day HR tasks for UK company Pension administration, and payments to provider.
" Support the HR function to maintain the staff database to include input of new starters, leavers, holidays and sickness records.
" Arranging travel adhering to the departmental budget constraints.
" Maintaining nominated private medical scheme for members joining/leaving/claiming.
" Housekeeping to be of the highest standards in all work areas within the departments.
" General administration duties to include filing, telephone answering
" HR administration to include Probationary monitoring, offer letters/ payroll admin back up as required
This is a bust office so the ideal candidate will be proactiver, enthusiastic and have at least 1 years experience working within HR. You will also need to be CIPD qualified level 3 or above.
CIPD qualified level 3 or above.
£20,000 -£22,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, parking, company pension after 3 months
