Buildings Manager
The Woodhall Estate is a rural estate, owned by the same family for over 200 years. It centres on Woodhall Park, where the Grade 1 Listed mansion house is occupied by Heath Mount School. The wider business integrates residential and commercial property portfolios, farming, forestry and environmental operations, as well as events and rural education.
This position will oversee all works to maintain and enhance the Estate's built environment, including leading the Buildings Team.
Working in a pro-active manner, the post-holder will have experience of managing cyclical maintenance, diagnosis and repair of defects, undertaking building projects and associated budget and health & safety responsibilities. Experience of historic buildings and conservation practice would be highly advantageous.
