Our client is a locally based housing association with over 2,800 homes in and around Tower Hamlets for people in housing need.

They are currently seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator to encourage compliance with tenancy terms and conditions on estates, by taking appropriate enforcement action to deal with all breaches of tenancy including nuisance and anti-social behaviour occurring within housing properties or estates ensuring our neighbourhoods remain safe.

You will provide guidance and support on all aspects of ASB and fraud to residents, in
relation to their tenancy and lease agreement and relevant policy and procedures, liaise with agencies and other departments and lead the response on serious or complex cases, pursuing legal remedies where necessary or utilising mediation techniques to resolve problems.
You must have previous experience in a local authority, Housing Association and have dealt with investigations and complaints, including record keeping, file management and administrative support.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work flexibly to include early/late evening work/visits in response to reported sensitive situations.

-Has the ability to manage a challenging and confidential caseload
