We are recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operator to work in a busy food
manufacturing environment.
The main duties of the role are-
- clean the production areas to a high level of standard to enable food
production to commence and facilitate the requirement to produce safe
food.
- wet rinse in preparation for chemical clean
- use of high pressure equipment as well as manual techniques
- use of detergents at required strengths
- carrying out a further clean where required
- cleaning of certain machinery when required
- ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times
- use of an ATP meter and chemical kit to carry out residue testing
- observation and monitoring of environment
- adhere to all Health & Safety protocol and guidelines
- able to work as part of a team
- ensure high standards of hygiene are upheld at all times
