Why wouldn’t you want to join the i2a team?
We are currently seeking an Employment Coach to deliver Careers Information, Advice and Guidance support to young people and adults. You will deliver the service in a variety of locations including education establishments which includes specialist schools.
The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 Advice & Guidance Qualification or equivalent. A willingness to demonstrate an appropriate level of competency in numeracy and literacy is essential. You will have experience in providing Information, Advice & Guidance to customers and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle and have the ability to work flexibly and attend meetings out of hours.
Resident Positive – We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
