Quality Control Team Leader

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £22,000

Job Elements: -

·To inspect assembled products prior to release as per NPI and customer specific requirements.Assume responsibility for the effectiveness of the customer returns processes in line with customer and company requirements.

·Assist with purchased product verification

·Inspect assembled product to ensure that it meets customer specifications.

·Generate certificate of conformity documentation.

·Reduce/eliminate outgoing defects reaching the customer.

·Ensure department KPI’s are achieved

The ideal candidate will have: -

·IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 Experience.

·Experience in manufacture of PCB assemblies.

·Working in teams, good Communication skills.

·Previous experience in reworking of SMT and PTH “Conduction/convection methods”.

·Supervisory experience.
