Production Quality Support

Contract Type: Agency Temp (to Feb 19)

Salary: £30,000

Job Elements: -

·Support the Team Leaders and the document checkers for Quality Activities in Production in order to improve the “right first time”

·Support the documentation checkers and guarantee that the checking is completed in due time and right first time

·Support the Team Leaders to raise deviations, perform investigations and implement CAPAs & raise Deviations when appropriate.

·Support the Team Leaders to create, review and/or update SOPs

·Is the first point of contact for QA to manage Customer Complaints

·Propose preventive and curative actions to be implemented in Production to improve quality KPIs

·Attend, when appropriate, Project meetings related to products, equipment and manage quality action plans to be implemented in production

·Perform regular tours in manufacturing to guarantee the level of compliance and to assist the manufacturing and packaging staff in decision making following a quality event

·Attend Internal/Customer audits and external inspections, propose solutions to the findings and support the implementation of the corrective actions, in due time

·Provide Quality training on the shop floor and induction for new starters

The ideal candidate will have:

·A background in a regulated manufacturing environment

·Experience of quality control and improvement

·Hands on and proactive
