My client is looking for a National Sales manager, reporting directly
to the M.D, this role is primarily responsible for leading and
motivating the sales team to deliver sales targets in a challenging
and dynamic market. The role will have responsibility for many aspects
including recruitment, training, management of day to day operations
and market analysis to name a few.

* Selling a comprehensive range of high quality manufacturers
entrance systems, gates and automation products

* Experience of re-invigorating existing relationships

* Experience of working with field base sales managers

* Sound understanding of marketing & social media

* Proven sale background within the Gates & Barrier ind

* Proven track record of field based sales

* Relevant product experience with related systems such as: access
control, barriers, gate automation, sliding gates, bollards,
garage doors, turnstiles etc

* Ideally experience of selling to installers / resellers

* Capable of both managing existing business and generating existing
accounts

* Solution based sales style with genuine interest it electric /
mechanical products

* Stable career track record and not a 'job hopper'

* Results orientated and enthusiastic

* A team player who is highly organised
