Admin Officer- Ranby

I am currently seeking 2 administration officers to work in HMP Ranby prison. This is a long term temporary role for 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. The pay rate starts from £7 per hour and goes up to £9 hour after 12 weeks

Skills required:

-Previous administration in an office environment

- Able to follow processes

- Correspondence - writing formal letters, emails, telephone calls

- Participate and contribute to meetings - action items

-Data entry and file management, ensuring information is up to date and collated

- Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential data
