I am currently seeking 2 administration assistants to work in HMP Ranby prison. This is a long term temporary role for 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. The pay rate starts from £7 per hour and goes up to £8 hour.
Skills required:
-Excellent organisation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Reception duties
- Scanning, Filing, Faxing
-Telephone Duties
- Willingness to learn
- Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential data
